The Mission of Second Chance Counseling Center is to provide the highest possible level of cost effective treatement to all of those whom its care reaches.

It is our purpose to care for the individual with kindness, empathy, dignity and respect at all levels in the continuum of care, from inpatient / outpatient services to aftercare, in order to maximize the individual's ability to achieve successful lifelong recovery.

We believe that Second Chance Counseling Center is a special place with an environment conducive to addressing each individual's physical, emotional, spiritual and social needs in a caring and compassionate manner.

It is the intention of Second Chance Counseling Center to be involved in national and local prevention efforts and to offer support services for family members affected by addictive diseases.

In addition, Second Chance Counsleing Center will participate in an ongoing needs assessment on national and local levels, with the participation of patients, alumni, staff members and the community to develop programs  that are responsible to continuallychanging treatment needs.
